Ok for real why would this in any way be better than... I really do admire when we not just fail, but the other team shows some skill beating us.

Its frustrating as hell, and I wish that there was an option to only que in solo; I don't mind waiting 5 minutes for a match so long as I don't have to suffer through a 30+ minute slogfest of 2 people actively costing me to lose the game. Sounds like you've already made up your mind, and no amount of evidence to the contrary is going to change it. Now if we had years of data from all the missions ran in the forever, we could in theory look for trends in that data to maybe have some clue to something like what you want to think about.

Man, it is horrible. I have just had an 8 run losing streak in which the winning side had no less than 9 tanks left each time. At some point I would actually like to have a competitive match in which I have not lost before the match ever starts. One of the worst examples I saw was a match in which the top 4 tanks for the enemy were all heavies while our top 4 were a Heavy, 2 mediums, and a TD. That right there gives them a heavy advantage in damage absorption. This was on top of the fact that they had one more high tier, and 3 more tanks in the medium tiers. I pulled stats this weekend in which I played 186 games. I considered a a battle overwhelming, or steamrolled if the winning side had 7 or more tanks at the end of the match. That is over half the matches played that were lopsided, and it did not matter the tier or tank played. While I did not track the time of play in these matches, what I noticed was that they generally were under 5 minutes to play. I understand that it is difficult to match make, but I would rather play smaller battles in which I don't feel like a baby harp seal, then to play in a large battle where I lose before I even move. To be honest most of what your experiencing can't be blamed on the MM. Sometimes loss streaks just happen. I do agree the MM needs to be changed though, some version of the one PC has recently adopted needs to be worked in and in my own personal opinion and one that's shared by some others 4-5 man platoons need to be removed from general MM. Platoons are the single biggest issues that causes bad matchmaking. To be honest most of what your experiencing can't be blamed on the MM. Sometimes loss streaks just happen. Platoons are the single biggest issues that causes bad matchmaking. I prefer 5man platoons because i like having some extra hands. What cause bad mm is bad platoons aka tanks that bring in a lower tier into a higher tier match that they shouldn't be playing in at all. One of the worst examples I saw was a match in which the top 4 tanks for the enemy were all heavies while our top 4 were a Heavy, 2 mediums, and a TD. While I did not track the time of play in these matches, what I noticed was that they generally were under 5 minutes to play. Sometimes one medium, played by skilled player might kill 3 heavies in a row, well hidden TD might stop the armada's run, sometimes light tank Prohorovka, Malinowka might decide wheter or not heavies win or lose. Overwhelming victories are mostly fault of players - fast tanks run like crazy to usual meet zones and die first when they meet armada of heavies, when you lose 2-3 tanks on one side in first minutes of fight, it's almost impossible to keep it and armada just crushes every sign of life on it's way to enemy base. Good example is El Haluf - most of the time most of the people camp in E3-J7 line because it's place where easy frags come, but just try to keep A1 where armada comes without having at least half of the forces there - impossible! From the other side system is still not perfect - when MM see 2xT32 tanks and 2xWaffentrgers waiting for game - it splits them on two teams, and in this way greenhorn in T32 and stock Waffentragen land in green team and experienced unicum in T32 and maxed Waffentrager with experienced player as well land in the red team, of course red win, it can not be other way...

I think in the long run it will met them - I know I won't be spending any more money until I see something that changes my mind not that I spent general discussionmatchmaking fixed ton anyway, also I decided that well before I read the above article. Arty also has a higher match making. That is all I really met bothering with this atm Interesting. Edited June 27 by SelttikS This would require to manually tweak the threat multiplier for both mission type and location. I dont think your seeing the matchmaker. The higher your rank the less players you have in the pool. Solo not true - or I would not see Grim or XPD in my Leo1 I see the same folks in games regardless if I drive in a 60%+ Tier X or a 40% Tier X If you read the post you would know that this type of MM only occurs in Low-population elements. The only thing MM tried to do with parties is put them against other parties 4+ members. It is gaming the system to ensure you are as close to 50% as possible. You also talked about how blizzard can obviously make money out of pissing you off, again with no resistance for either of those two claims. There has general discussionmatchmaking fixed be a way to make a certain intersection neutral or let's say it all works perfect your objectives spawn in the same areas as the same area threat. Hitting multiple opponents is influenced by time of queue, and hitting the same sincere is a possibility.
